En wat er onder de grond gebeurde zien we nu in al haar –tal-, het aantal knollen dat zich vanuit de moederknol ontwikkelde is groot en rond.

De zomer was nat en de oogst betekende bijzonder goed de buien in de gaten houden en natuurlijk de bewerkbaarheid van de grond. De ideale dag beleefden we maar een keer. Het was een vreugdevol jaar ook voor de Bionica omdat de zoon van Niek en Jozien, Michiel terugkeerde naar vaderenzoonhet ouderlijk bedrijf. Hij pootte de aardappelen en vader en zoon oogstten samen. De Bionica groeide op onder het oplettend oog van de zoon die toch zijn eigen weg wil zoeken en de ervaren vader . De Bionica is er mooi rond onder gebleven.-Die is gemakkelijk te schillen –merkte iemand op. En het zal niemand verbazen dat hier een eigenzinnige , beproefde nieuwe energie te ervaren is.

De oogst is geborgen.

Wie gaat haar smaken?

De Bionica werd hier al jaren beproefd. Het was een wonder dat ze geen phytophtera kreeg.
